To foster a comprehensive integration of digital technology and the real economy, relevant authorities have instituted policies centered on building a digital China and fostering coordinated development within the AI industrial revolution. These measures aim to expedite the emergence of new productive forces and facilitate the intelligent transformation of industries through strategic initiatives such as top-level design, technological advancements, data support, scenario application, and ecological collaboration. Ministries, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, have issued the "Implementation Guide for the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises," emphasizing "AI + R&D and Design" to propel upgrades across the entire manufacturing spectrum. Additionally, specialized plans targeting key areas like smart factories and cross-border data flows have been launched. At the technical level, policies encourage the R&D of open-source large models (e.g., DeepSeek) and breakthroughs in domestic AI chips, accelerating the deployment of 800G high-speed optical modules and solidifying the computing power foundation. In terms of data elements, policies promote the open sharing and secure governance of industry datasets, anticipating an annual market growth rate exceeding 25% during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. AI is deeply embedded in industrial design, digital twins, and other segments, with multiple enterprises introducing intelligent industry solutions. Frontier areas such as autonomous driving and embodied intelligence are also accelerating their commercialization. In terms of ecological collaboration, policies steer industry-university-research cooperation and the cultivation of international competitiveness, supporting AI enterprises in global expansion, interdisciplinary talent development, and vertical innovation investments. It is evident that the construction of a digital China and the AI industrial revolution are inextricably linked, heralding the era of "everything as data, everything as intelligence."
Undeniably, the scope and depth of this transformation provoke profound contemplation: How will the explosive growth of AI reshape productive forces and production relations? As AI applications continue to deepen, in which industrial sectors will it spark paradigm shifts? With the accelerated penetration of AI, what kind of butterfly effect will it elicit at the socio-economic development level? Bearing these questions in mind, the inaugural Jiuxianqiao Forum will be held at the Beijing Digital Economy Computing Power Center from April 15th to 20th.
The 2025 Jiuxianqiao Forum, themed "Opening the First Year of AI Productivity," will encompass 11 forums spread across six days. This is an "AI marathon" that demands intellectual prowess rather than physical exertion. The Jiuxianqiao Forum is organized by BUPT Digital Intelligence, an AI technology enterprise under Beijing Electronics Holdings, focused on original, disruptive, and leading technological innovation. With an innovative paradigm of "1 AI infrastructure base + 2 industrial development platforms," it accelerates the deep integration of AI and the real economy, achieving notable breakthroughs. The Beijing Digital Economy Computing Power Center provides petascale computing power. Building on this project, BUPT Digital Intelligence aims to promote "Spark Intelligence Computing" nationwide, gradually establishing AI bases tailored to information technology application and innovation needs in regions like South China, East China, and Southwest China, catering to local advantageous industries and driving regional industrial upgrades.
Moreover, leveraging the "Traditional Industry Empowerment Platform," BUPT Digital Intelligence has established three industry-specific AI bases: "Spark Domestic Information Technology Innovation Base," "Spark Film and Television Base," and "Spark Foshan Pan-home Base," offering tailored AI industry solutions for diverse fields. Through the "Emerging Industry Acceleration Platform," it has constructed the "Spark Low-altitude Economy Base" and the "Spark High-end Manufacturing Base," providing robust support for the intelligent upgrade and transformation of multiple industries.
During the forum, BUPT Digital Intelligence and a panel of guests will delve into the three themes of "Industrial Innovative Applications, Ecological Development, and Digital Intelligence Future," exploring the evolution trajectory of AI technology, examining scenario implementation practices, and fostering connections between technology, capital, and industrial resources to propel the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation. On April 15th, the opening day of the 2025 Jiuxianqiao Forum, the main forum will gather political, industrial, academic, and research leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the AI golden development era. Participants include Wu Hequan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; He Baohong, director of the Cloud Computing and Big Data Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology; Jiang Xingqun, senior vice president and co-chief technology officer of BOE; Xia Fan, vice president of Northern Microelectronics; and representatives from enterprises such as H3C and IFlytek, who will share the latest AI innovation trends and practical achievements in digital intelligence development. As the conference organizer, Jing Lei, secretary of the Party branch and chairman of BUPT Digital Intelligence, Xie Dong, chief technology officer, and Yang Zhen, chief marketing officer, will deliver keynote speeches on industrial drive and new productive force creation, AI technology-driven industrial paradigm shifts, and accelerating the seamless integration of innovation and industrial chains, dissecting the "blueprint for success" in accelerating AI industrialization and industry AI adoption.
From April 16th to 20th, a total of 10 specialized sub-forums will be held, including sessions on AIDC Innovation-Driven New Changes in Productivity, Finance, Trusted Data Services, Application-Driven New AI Productivity, Spark Domestic AI Native, Strategic Emerging Industries, AI + Cultural Solutions and AIGC Audiovisual Innovation, Healthcare, New Talent Ecosystem, and AI Innovation Investment and Financing. BUPT Digital Intelligence will present detailed achievements across multiple fields and engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions with guests on various topics related to AI industry development, encompassing AI infrastructure, data, computing power, models, industries, applications, and talent. Experts from diverse backgrounds will also share the latest industry trends and engage in cross-disciplinary dialogues, setting the stage for a vibrant "explosion of ideas."
In the inaugural year of AI productivity, BUPT Digital Intelligence eagerly anticipates embarking on this journey alongside you.
